How much does it cost to be on Mizuu?
Shelters pay nothing. Veterinary clinics use Mizuu for free until 28 February 2027 and then £49 per month + VAT. Other professionals pay a 15% commission only when there is a booking, with no monthly fee.
Is there a contract?
No. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
How do I get verified?
From your dashboard, upload your business documentation. We review it and, once everything is correct, your profile appears as verified.
When do I receive the money from a booking?
The family pays when booking. The money is released to your account when the service is complete, once the dispute period has passed.
Can I use Mizuu from my mobile?
Yes. Mizuu works in the mobile and desktop browser, without installing anything.
