7-day dispute period
After completing the service, the funds remain pending in your wallet for 7 days. If no dispute is raised, they become available for withdrawal. This protects both you and the client.

Your commission is 15% of each booking. Separately, 15% of Mizuu's net profit is shared among active, verified shelters: every customer who books you is supporting, with no extra effort, the animals still waiting for a family.
Frequently asked questions
How does the "Positive Reinforcement Only" filter work?+
Your profile states which methods you use. If you use ONLY R+ (positive reinforcement, no aversive methods), you appear marked as "100% R+". Clients can filter by this criterion. Those using balanced methods (R+ with corrections) do NOT appear when filtering for pure R+.
Does Mizuu require R+ only?+
No. We accept trainers with different philosophies, as long as they comply with Law 7/2023 (prohibition of physical/psychological harm to the animal). But the public filters highlight pure R+ because it's what responsible adopters look for most.
Do I need certifications?+
We don't require mandatory official certification, but we verify it and show it publicly. AETACA, IAABC, FCI, Centro Canino Maxi Bernabé, etc. are highly valued.
Can I offer session packages?+
Yes. Each format allows packages: 5 sessions, 10 sessions, package by issue (separation anxiety, reactivity, fear). Clients pay for the full package and it's deducted per session.
How do I charge for the initial ethology consultation?+
You decide: free for confirmed bookings, free for the first 15 min with the rest charged, or charged 100% from minute 1. You make it clear on your profile and the client knows before booking.
And dangerous-breed (PPP) cases?+
Your profile states whether you work with dangerous breeds (PPP), reactive dogs, aggressive ones, etc. Specific filters make them visible. They tend to be premium services due to the complexity.
Can I coordinate with Mizuu network vets?+
Yes. Many serious cases require ruling out a medical problem first. If you recommend a specific vet to the client and they're on the Mizuu network, the medical history stays connected to yours. Full visibility.
And if a case doesn't progress and the client wants a refund?+
Your own cancellation policy. We recommend: 100% refund if you haven't started, partial pro-rata if you've done some sessions. Mizuu mediates disputes if you can't reach an agreement.
