7-day dispute period
After completing the service, the funds remain pending in your wallet for 7 days. If no dispute is raised, they become available for withdrawal. This protects both you and the client.

Your commission is 15% of each booking. Separately, 15% of Mizuu's net profit is shared among active, verified shelters: every customer who books you is supporting, with no extra effort, the animals still waiting for a family.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an animal-facility (núcleo zoológico) licence?+
Yes, it is mandatory. Each autonomous region has its own procedure. We verify it at sign-up: without a licence, you don't appear publicly on Mizuu.
How are digital passes managed in Mizuu?+
Each pass bought by the client is registered automatically on their profile. When they bring their dog, you scan the QR of their digital passport and one session is deducted. Zero confusion, zero arguments.
Can I set a maximum number of dogs per day?+
Yes. Your profile defines the maximum daily capacity. When it fills up, new clients see "full today" automatically.
Do you accept dangerous breeds (PPP) at daycare?+
Only if you have additional insurance and the pet comes with a muzzle/PPP certificate. Your profile lets you exclude dangerous breeds if you prefer.
How do I send photos of the day to the parents?+
Mizuu has a "Pet Stories" module where you upload 1-3 photos a day per dog. Owners see them in their app without needing your WhatsApp.
And if one dog has an incident with another?+
Your profile has a "Conflict handling" section: how you separate groups by size, play one-to-one, etc. Clients see it before booking. If there's an incident, you report it in the app and Mizuu mediates.
Do you accept dogs that aren't neutered?+
Your profile defines this. We recommend not accepting intact males alongside females in heat at the same time. Mizuu respects whatever you decide.
How many passes can I sell per month?+
No limit. But each pass blocks capacity: 10 passes × 10 sessions = roughly 100 monthly visits. Balance sales with real capacity so you don't burn out.
