An oriental-type breed developed in the United Kingdom and the USA from the Siamese, characterised by its slender body, large ears and enormous range of colours.
Temperament and character
Temperament typical of its breed. Sociable or reserved depending on the individual. Early neutering (4-6 months) is the best preventive measure.

Extremely intelligent, sociable and demanding. It learns tricks, harness and routines easily. It needs constant attention and interaction; it is very vocal and demanding.

Very high energy. It requires plenty of daily play, tall towers and interactive toys. It is a tireless climber; boredom leads to persistent meowing and destructive behaviour.
